You can delete your Stall account yourself, from inside the app. This page explains how, exactly what is removed, and the one thing that is kept.
The account is deleted immediately. You will be signed out and will not be able to sign in again.
Posts and comments you made stay on Stall. They are no longer attributed to you — they appear as “Deleted account”, with your name, photo and profile removed.
This is so that conversations other people took part in are not broken by one person leaving. A reply that no longer has anything to reply to is confusing for everyone still in the thread.
If you want a specific post or comment removed as well, delete it inside the app before deleting your account, or email us and we will remove it.
You do not have to delete your account to remove things from Stall. In the app:
Anything else — a message, a post you made anonymously (it is not linked to your account, so the app cannot let you delete it), or other data we hold about you — email support@stall.ing with the subject Delete my data and say what you want removed. A person will read it and reply.
If you have lost access to your account, email us from the address the account uses and we will delete it for you. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours before we act, so that nobody can delete an account they do not own.
Email support@stall.ing with the subject Delete my account. A person will read it and reply.
